Meet Philip Bowling, REALTOR

Here is a little bit about me: I am a husband to my wife of 11 years, Katie, and father to three awesome kids named Judah (8), Carter (5), and Evie (brand new!). I'm a proud JMU Computer Science grad living in Hokie country and have spent the past 15 years working for a Christian, non-profit organization called Young Life. We spent seven years with Young Life in Boston, which we fell in love with (along with the Red Sox and Patriots) and continue to be passionate about doing work with kids with special needs through Young Life here in Virginia. I get excited about helping people get into places that perfectly suit their needs whatever they are. But - I personally love buying and renovating old houses and helping others do the same. In the future, we're planning on buying and renovating a few unique properties that we can share with others as short term rentals.
